New 5 A Side Booking & Payment Process
In addition to the implementation of the FAI safe return to football protocols our club have also looked at additional measures to enhance and improve the booking experience for our 5 A Side players to maximise safety.
We are therefore introducing a new online booking and payment system for ALL 5 A Side bookings effective immediately.
The main benefits to players are as follows:
- Online booking guarantees your playing slot which can be booked either as a one off or blocked book for up to 6 months in advance.
- The need for cash payment is completely eliminated meaning the requirement to collect and pass cash around multiple people reduces the risk of spreading infection.
- All payment will now be collected by card payment at the time of booking once the booking is accepted.
NOTE: We appreciate that players will want to secure their usual weekly slots on an ongoing basis and we have made block booking a feature of the new system to allow for this. So, where a block booking is made the payment for each weekly booking will only be taken on the day of the booking and not as a single upfront payment.
Due to the introduction of the block booking facility payment received for bookings cannot be refunded unless 24 hours notice is given to the club by email to mullingarathleticafc@gmail.com
Once your booking is accepted payment for a single booking or the first slot of a block booking will be taken from your card.
